Comments like these introduced - after first international successes and an award as "Best German Hard Rock Vocalist 2019" - the 2021, completely self-produced solo debut of German songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Max Roxton!
Interviews with Rock-Antenne, Raute Musik, California's Honest Brutality, various reviews of the debut album The Voice Within and articles e.g. in ClassicRock, GUITAR or Metal-Hammer as well as video premieres on MTV-Online and many more marked the beginning of the DIY artist's solo career. Building on these successes, a live band was formed in 2022 consisting of: Gonzo Urgel (Bass/ Backing Vox), Liz Ivy (Backing Vox/ Tambourine), Jo Apfel (Lead Guitar/ Banking Vox), and recently also Gereon Homann (Drums), to bring the songs of the solo artist on stage. After much acclaimed shows in German-speaking countries with e.g.
"Soilwork,The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats, Kissin' Dynamite, Bloodred Hourglass, Dis M, Paula Carolina, Bluthund" uvw. the quintet is now ready to present their new album to the world as „ROXTON“!
